Summerlake is a Homeowners Association neighborhood located off of State Rd. 13 and County Rd 800.

A community of over 630 lots that has 2 playgrounds, swimming pool, clubhouse, Little tykes track, tennis court and basketball court.  There are several ponds in the neighborhood that do allow non motorized boating and fishing.
